How we started......
Pickle and Zest was founded in 2020. In the midst of Covid we found a knack for creating gourmet condiments that everyone loved! We gathered a following from selling at local markets, spreading the natural goodness.
We pride ourselves on using produce from local suppliers, and make everything in small batches to maintain the quality and taste you love. Everything is created with no added colours, preservatives, additives or flavours. Just the natural goodness of the produce, spices and vinegars. Plus everything is Vegan friendly and Gluten free*
After following the lead from our customers, we branched in making gift hampers and found we loved to see the joy when someone received a Pickle and Zest gift.
We now have a wide range of local suppliers for various foodie items, as well as priortising local suppliers for our homewares. We service a large number of businesses both local and interstate and continue to be guided by our clients as to the direction we take with products and branding.

With a long history in Early Childhood Teaching on the Gold Coast, Debbie decided to pursue other interests during Covid to further build community relationships. She started making gourmet preserves and Condiments, which led to a range of foodie and lifestyle hampers. She discovered that she has a unique way of collaborating with local businesses to create personalised gifts and hampers to help them reward their clients and colleagues.

Tim has worked in management and Human Resources roles in the retail industry with a National company for his entire working career. He has a passion for people and provides an amazing support in all areas of hamper development, production and businesss planning.
We have lived on the Gold Coast for over 25 years and love the sunshine and lifestyle it brings!
