Caramelised Red Onion Relish

Sweet red onion caramelised with balsamic vinegar. Perfect served warm over Camembert cheese or on a cheese board. Or, add a little to your potato bake or steak. A great staple for the pantry.

Ingredients: Red onion, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic, mustard seed, salt, pepper, sweet paprika and cornstarch.
