Chilli Jam

Capsicum and red chilli jam. A bit hot and spicy but not too much to handle! Perfect on top of eggs for brunch, or with cream cheese and crackers. Add a spoon full on your taco, or add to your pasta sauce to give it some real zest!

Ingredients: red capsicum, chilli, red wine vinegar, white sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic.
